These appear in approximately one out of every three Play boosters, so its important to evaluate them too
But outside of that, and since you can only tap for one mana not two it isn't the best option for your decks, so I wouldn't overuse it in decks with too many colors
Needing to play against blue or black opponents is a bit restrictive, but this card punches well above its weight as a cheap, interactive 2-for-1
