I guess not that much still for a good card

Its a game accelerant, and in pods that arent filled with combo kills, sometimes games can get bogged down

The Adventure here isn't great, but it is upside on a Town that can tap for Blue, so a deck like U/G is still likely to play it

Its incredible when paired with Breach the Multiverse, letting you weaponize every graveyard

While it's true she has no way to restore loyalty, that's not really important, as for three mana you'll be perfectly happy getting one or two uses out of her, then having her sit on the battlefield causing problems

The sideboard is still a bit rough
