While there is some variance (super-low-curve aggressive decks might have slightly less, while decks built on ramping or other land synergies might have slightly more), probably 80% of all the Commander decks I build have 37 lands
As you are able to have massive turns where you do loads of powerful things the drawback of bounce only dealing with a thing for a turn is greatly mitigated
It does best in mono-green, of course, but I could see running it in a 2-color deck
